Glass Breakage Protection Warranty
If your travel trailer's window glass breaks while protected by a YB Outdoors window cover, we will reimburse your insurance deductible or window up to $500, one time only per window cover purchase.
How to Make a Claim:
- Document the Damage with pictures of the damage to the pad and the window
- File Your Insurance Claim
- Submit Your Insurance Claim and damage photos to YB Outdoors
- Receive Your Reimbursement
Important Details:
- One-time Coverage: This warranty provides coverage for one occurrence only. Subsequent claims on the same window cover are not eligible for reimbursement.
- Coverage Limit: Reimbursement is limited to the lesser of your insurance deductible or $500 towards the cost of the replacement window.
- Eligibility: This warranty applies only if the window glass was under the protection of a YB Outdoors window cover at the time of breakage.
- Non-transferable: The warranty is valid for the original purchaser only and cannot be transferred to others.
- Exclusions: Damage resulting from misuse, improper installation, neglect, cosmetic wear and tear, or extreme weather events (e.g., hailstorms, hurricanes) is not covered.
- Warranty Period: The warranty is valid for 1 year from the date of purchase.
Exclusions:
- Cosmetic Damage: Minor scratches, fading, or normal wear and tear are not covered.
- Misuse or Neglect: Damage caused by improper use or failure to install the window cover as directed is excluded.
- Acts of Nature: This warranty does not cover damage from extreme weather events such as hail, hurricanes, or other natural disasters.
